We collect your name, email address, date of birth, phone number and the payment method details you register — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. We also collect device identifiers and session logs each time you access the platform.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, fraud-detection services, and regulatory bodies if required by law. All third parties we work with are contractually bound to protect your data.

We retain your data for the period required by applicable financial and legal obligations after account closure. Once that retention window closes, your records are permanently deleted from our active systems and backups according to our scheduled deletion cycle.
